LA SPIAGGIA is located in Oliveto Lario, on the eastern branch of Lake Como, along the coastal road that leads from Lecco to Bellagio, both of which can be reached in 15 minutes. The house, overlooking the extraordinary panorama offered by the lake and the mountains that are reflected in it, is spread over three levels, each with an independent entrance: mezzanine, first floor and attic.

The first floor and the attic can be connected internally to each other.
The maximum capacity is 16 people.
On the first floor, a large living-dining room opens onto a comfortably equipped porch.
THE LOCATION
Across the road, there is a private sun-terrace equipped with sun-beds and sun-shades, with direct access to the beach and to the lake. When available, It is also possible to rent single apartments (see the maps).
